Hello Sheldon Runners, Parents and Coaches,
Here are a few reminders for this week:
1.  Tomorrow (Tues, Sept 16) is the eve of our next meet, which means it is time for our next Team Pasta Dinner.  It will be from 6:00-8:00 pm at Abigail Nelson’s home.  Freshmen bring dessert, sophomores bring drinks, juniors bring salads, and seniors bring bread please!
2.  The SOC Pre-District Meet is Wednesday, Sept 17 at Lane Community College.  The students are excused from class at 1:15 pm, and the buses load at 1:30 pm in front of Sheldon.  Race times are:  3:45 pm (Freshmen/Sophomore Girls); 4:30 pm (Freshmen/Sophomore Boys); 5:15 pm (Junior/Senior Girls); and 6:00 pm (Junior/Senior Boys).  Updated: Click here for more information about the meet
3.  Don’t forget your Secret Pal on Wednesday!
4.  Team Pictures are Friday at 4:30 pm.  Bring your uniform to practice and meet at the Track at our normal time of 3:45 pm.  Don’t forget your picture packet if you want to order any photos.  We handed them out at practice today.
