Twilight Run and workout info for Thursday, Sep 25

Today is Thursday, September 25 and here is the plan for our team:
The athletes are on their own for their 30-minute run today. They can get it in this morning, this afternoon right after school or this evening, whichever works best. The coaching staff will be at the Twilight Run setting up early.

We have asked our Senior Girls to be there (EWEB building @ 500 E. 4th Ave) by 4:15 pm to help with registration. All other athletes must be there by 5:00 pm.

Update: The EWEB fountain, which is where the Twilight River Run starts and finishes, is directly across the Willamette River from Alton Baker Park

Update: New race time is 6:15pm

All athletes must wear their green team t-shirt, or any other Sheldon attire.  They should plan to be there until around 7:30 pm.

If you have any questions, please let us know.  Please don’t forget to check our team website at www.sheldontfxc.org daily for information and updates.

Thanks.
