Jesuit Twilight Relays info; Updated with meet schedule and live webcast link

Jesuit Twilight Relays is Friday, May 1. Field events start 2:30 pm, track events start 2:45 pm

Friday Meet at Jesuit High School in Portland-(Limited participants)-I communicated with athletes at practice on Tuesday if they were competing at Jesuit. We will leave Friday at 10:30 am for Portland. The meet begins at 2:30 & ends at 9:45, a very long day. I need to know if kids are traveling with me to Portland as well as their travel plans on the way home. If interested in providing athlete snacks or drinks please let me know. We will set up a team area with tent, food, drinks, etc for the long day. They do have a concession stand at the meet.

The Jesuit Meet is a very cool meet! Great competition and a overall fun day-

Athletes should bring the following:

A. Uniform-Green bottom and white top
B. Clothes for the day—it is supposed to be nice, but will get cool in the evening.
C. We will bring water, Gatorade and some snacks–Thus far we have parents donating fruit, bars, muffins, some Gatorade and sandwich makings-If you would like to add to the mix, anything is welcome to help the athletes for the long day
D. Athletes should bring $ for a day-There is concessions available and a Nike Retail booth that sells Nike Jesuit apparel
E. I will buy pizza for the kids that are riding home on the bus-the last event is at 9:30…so as we head out of town we will grab the pizza and eat as we go-

So far most kids have notified me of their travel plans-if there is a change in the plan just let me know
