Hello Sheldon Cross Country Runners, Parents, Coaches:
Due to the extreme temperature forecast for Friday, we will NOT be meeting for practice (June 26).  Please get your run in early in the morning when temperatures are lowest.
We are still scheduled to meet next Monday at 6:00 pm at Alton Baker Park.  If that changes, we will communicate it.
