HI XC Families,

A few quick updates:

Friday October 16-Early release day at school-XC practice will be normal time at 3:45

Saturday we will have practice at LCC at 9:00 a.m.; open to any athletes interested

Looking ahead: Next week we have our XC District Championship meet for all athletes in Grants Pass.

Varsity Girls: 2:00
Varsity Boys: 2:45
JV Girls: 3:30
JV Boys: 4:15

***We will load bus at Sheldon at 8:30 a.m. & return to Sheldon around 9:00 p.m. that night (approximately) Students miss the entire day of school

We are trying to plan transportation; if there is some reason your son or daughter cannot compete please let us know ASAP

ALSO, if you plan to transport your child home from the meet please notify me

If you are transporting other kids I need to have permission from parents

We are in the final stretch of the season, help remind the kids to eat well, drink water & rest.
