Hi all,

(Sorry this is late, a long day)

The Sheldon team had a great day in Medford! A very hot day and long day of travel, but it is behind us!  Both the boys and girls team won the meet.  Go Irish!

Today we hosted Cal Young Middle School at our track-thanks to all the kids that volunteered today!  The Middle school kids love it and a fundraiser for our team.

So a big thanks from me and all the coaches!

Tomorrow (Friday, April 8) some of the team travels to Tigard HS for the BMW Invite-

Excused:  11:00
Load Bus:  11:15
Leave: 11:30

** Bring a lunch

I provide snacks, water and Gatorade.  All athletes eat differently and at different times depending on when they are competing; so important that they bring what they need to get through the day.
