Good Morning!

A few XC Updates and reminders:

• Team uniforms were handed out yesterday-check sizing and make sure they will work
• We handed out Team T-shirt yesterday as well-Athletes owe $5.00 for shirts-please pay Coach Erin
• XC Clothing-We will bring options today to practice for kids to see & buy
• Team pasta dinner tonight at the Webb’s Home at 6:00-8:00

Athletes bring the following:
9th-Desserts             10th-Drinks               11th-Salad        12th-Bread

• Secret Pals-We handed out secret pals yesterday at practice-This will begin for our first meet on Saturday-please do not forget!

• XC Meet-The Invitational at Richardson Park at Fern Ridge
Athletes will meet in the front of the school at 7:30 am
We will provide transportation to the meet; Athletes may leave with their parents after the meet, but we will have a bus returning to Sheldon. We do ask kids to stay and support their team as much as possible.
Race Schedule:   (We will discuss meet preparation today at practice today)
9th & 10th Girls: 10:00am
9th & 10th Boys: 10:30 am
Varsity Girls: 11:00 am
Varsity Boys: 11:30 am
11th & 12th Girls: 12:00 pm
11th & 12th Boys: 12:30 pm

Monday September 5th-We will practice at 3:45 for those athletes in town.
